Fees when Adding Users

Giving additional permissions to a user can affect how you are billed for that user.

TrafficLIVE allows you to self-administer users. When you add users, by default they are given My Traffic permissions. If you give additional permissions to a user, he or she becomes a full user and you are charged accordingly.

Substitution of Users

If you want to substitute a user, you must first disable the person who is leaving and then add the person who is joining. You are then not charged for any extra users.

Adding Users

If you add a user, that user is billable for the whole month in which he or she is added. All new users are added to your plan and charged through to your contract renewal date.
